veneer PRESS
Through investment in a flow line press we can achieve maximum throughput whilst ensuring accuracy of pressing to enable secure bonding and an accurate surface to further work on whether veneer, overlay for paint finishes or melamine laminates.
Lipping and Edge Banding
Up to the minute technology to ensure a secure and permanent bond of edging to core material. Glueline is variable but generally PUR for a truly permanent bond, suitable for the most stressful environments. Solid lips are bonded, trimmed and flushed in one pass enabling fast throughput as required
